ICBC Counselling

ICBC counselling offers support and guidance to individuals navigating the emotional and psychological challenges following an accident. This tailored program helps clients process their experiences, develop coping strategies, and work towards recovery. Karen provides a safe environment for open dialogue, empowering clients to rebuild their resilience and restore their well-being. Whether it’s addressing trauma, anxiety, or adjusting to life changes, ICBC counselling is dedicated to helping individuals find hope and healing on their journey towards recovery. ICBC covers $157 of the session fee and the remaining $7 is paid by the client either by e-transfer or credit card.

FHNA Counselling

FNHA counselling offers culturally safe and supportive mental health services for Indigenous individuals. Karen understands the unique challenges faced by Indigenous peoples and prioritizes a holistic approach to wellness. With a focus on collaboration, respect, and traditional practices, we strive to empower clients on their journey towards healing and personal growth. Whether you’re seeking support for grief, anxiety, or life transitions, FNHA counselling is here for you. FNHA covers $95 of the session fee and the remaining $70 is paid by the client either by e-transfer or credit card.

IBS Counselling

Individuals suffering from IBS often experience discomfort, stress, and anxiety, which can exacerbate their symptoms. Counselling offers a supportive space to explore the emotional and psychological aspects of IBS. We will work together to develop coping strategies, enhance stress management skills, and foster resilience. By addressing the mind-body connection, counselling can empower those with IBS to better understand their condition, reduce anxiety, and improve their overall well-being. The fee for a 50 minute session is $165, and can be paid by credit card or e-transfer.

CVAP Counselling

Crime victim assistance counselling offers a compassionate environment for individuals affected by crime to process their experiences and emotions. This supportive service focuses on helping victims navigate their feelings, rebuild their sense of safety, and develop coping strategies. With a holistic approach, counselling empowers clients to find healing and regain control in their lives. Sessions are tailored to meet individual needs, ensuring a respectful and understanding space for recovery. CVAP covers $135 of the session fee and the remaining $30 is paid by the client either by e-transfer or credit card.
